Celebrity birthdays never really registered very high on my radar and didn’t seem all that important in the grand scheme of things. Given my status as Stephen King examiner, this one probably should’ve occurred to me. 120 articles under my belt and i’m still a noob. How do you like them apples?
Invitation #4: Who doesn’t love presents? Everyone loves to receive a gift. Birthdays aren’t just about the cake and ice cream but the presents. A present invitation is a fun and entertaining way to invite someone to a party. It is cute and sweet. No present is a like. And therefore no present invite should be either.
Many important moments are celebrated using dessert. So if you have a wedding anniversary, or another important day you want to remember, be sure to have a cake bakery make you a dessert that is sure to please. That’s because there’s a big difference between picking up something from a grocery store and going to a place that specializes in making desserts. Many of these places are family owned and that means they know how to do their job like the back of their hand. In addition, when going to a specialty shop for your dessert, you can feel confident knowing that you’re getting a dessert made from scratch. So when that important anniversary rolls around, be sure to contact your local pastry chef or other professional so they can make a dessert as memorable as your anniversary.
As the host, it’s your job to ask simple yes or no questions of your guests (or you can designate this job to somebody else). If the answer to that question is yes, they move one seat to the right. If somebody is sitting there. they have to sit in that person’s lap! If the answer to the question is “no,” that player stays in his or her seat.
The assumption here is that fluid dilutes your digestive juices and enzymes, slowing digestion and packing on excess body fat. Wrong. In fact, drinking water with your meal improves your digestion and helps give you a full feeling. Obviously, too much kilojoule-laden booze can be fattening, but that’s true whether you drink it with your meal or not. Five beers means 2 500kJ are going down the hatch, meal or no meal.
Don’t buy comfort foods. If you don’t have junk food in your house it is easier to avoid it. If someone brings it for a party make sure someone else takes it home. Stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables.
Let your little Princesses have a tea party. You can decorate with balloons or even using necklaces to drape and bracelets hanging. I would even use a tiara as a centerpiece.
Pinpoint your emotional triggers. Keep a food journal with details of what you have eaten, where you were, what you were thinking when you had the craving and how you felt when you ate the food. Note the patterns in your eating and emotional triggers such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, stress or anger. You can then find different strategies to cope with these feelings.
